The Opportunity
We're looking for a hands-on, operationally minded Global Solutions Manager to lead and develop our Global Leasing team while supporting the broader objectives of the Global Solutions department. This role owns workflow, reporting, quality assurance, performance management, and continuous process improvement — ensuring exceptional service for clients, partners, and internal stakeholders. Working in close partnership with the Senior Director, Global Solutions, you'll also support global supply chain initiatives, partner relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Global Sourcing, Apartment Services, and Accounting. You'll serve as the primary escalation point for complex leasing, quality control, and partner issues, while providing hands-on support during periods of high volume or staffing transitions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on building team capability, strengthening partner performance, and driving operational excellence in a fast-moving, global environment.

What You'll Do
  • Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and career development support to the Global Leasing Coordinators, including one-on-ones, KPI evaluations, and performance documentation
  • Monitor daily workload distribution, work queues, and lease pipelines to maintain service levels and operational efficiency
  • Perform routine audits of leases, financial transactions, Salesforce records, Oscar records, and operational documentation to ensure quality and compliance
  • Oversee complex lease transactions, renewals, extensions, early departures, and other non-standard leasing scenarios
  • Review lease agreements, reservation details, partner invoices, and financial documentation to ensure accuracy, profitability, and compliance
  • Monitor partner performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs), identify trends, and recommend corrective actions
  • Partner with Apartment Services to proactively resolve pre-arrival issues, including inventory readiness, unit setup, and amenity discrepancies
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex lease issues, financial discrepancies, partner disputes, and operational exceptions
  • Support sourcing initiatives by identifying furnished and unfurnished housing solutions through existing and prospective supply partners
  • Develop and implement SOPs, workflow improvements, and automation opportunities to improve team efficiency
  • Ensure Salesforce and Oscar remain accurate systems of record, promoting data integrity and process compliance
  • Support recruiting, onboarding, and training of new Global Leasing team members
  • Maintain full independent ownership of assigned tasks (Asana) and report workflow, timelines, and roadblocks to the Senior Director, Global Solutions

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience within the furnished housing sector, including apartment procurement or supply chain operations
  • 5+ years of experience managing people or teams
  • Demonstrated experience managing supplier relationships and vendor performance, including SLAs and quality metrics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret operational data and identify trends
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Experience leading cross-functional operational initiatives
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn company-specific software and systems

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience collaborating with Accounts Payable and Accounting teams, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and reconciliations
  • Knowledge of global housing procurement or international supply chain operations
  • Multilingual skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in a rapidly evolving operational environment

Additional Details
* This is a full-time, remote, exempt position
* The role requires extended periods of sitting, standing, and computer use, as well as regular verbal and written communication, with or without reasonable accommodation

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
